Who I Am
ABOUT STEPHEN DIGNIN
Originally from Minnesota-USA, I have been living abroad for more than 13 years. I am currently in China where I have had the opportunity to work with amazing students and exceptional educators. I enjoy meeting and working with a lot of different people. I am consistently growing myself and take the time to continue learning even if it's not a direct requirement of the job. I find that many times solving problems requires a combination of what you study both directly and indirectly related to work.

Luther is a small liberal arts college in Decorah, IA. While at Luther, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physics with minors in mathematics, secondary education and religion.

The program was designed specifically for leaders in international schools. The program was built around the Teacher Leader Model Standards that were developed by the Teacher Leadership Exploratory Consortium.
